Qualifications

Dr. Neaman is a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in all aspects of plastic surgery. He prides himself on being on the cutting edge of plastic surgery. He takes an informative approach with each consultation and through open dialogue and communication, he helps his patients decide on a treatment plan that meets his or her needs.

He feels strongly about offering a wide variety of non-surgical options that will often enhance each patient’s final outcome. You will find his bedside manner professional, light-hearted, and caring. He believes customer service is paramount to providing each patient with the experience they deserve.

Dr. Neaman also completed additional education through the Mayo Clinic Microsurgery Training Program, the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons Training Course and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Leadership Development Course.

Dr. Neaman has published and lectured all the across the country and globe. His articles have been featured in a variety of peer-reviewed journals such as: Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery Journal, Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, Burns, Journal of Burn Care Research. He has published articles on numerous aesthetic surgery procedures including: Breast implant mechanics, Breast reduction, cosmetic rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, lower body lift, facial lasers.

Dr. Neaman is also committed to the community, both locally and globally. He served on an LDS mission to South Korea between 1996 and 1998, and he is a cofounder of the OHSU Foundation’s Craniofacial Fund, which hosts the Smiles of Oregon fundraiser for underserved Oregon children who require craniofacial care. Additionally, he spent time in India as part of Operation Smile.

In addition to his professional and volunteer work, Dr. Neaman enjoys spending time with his wife and four children as well as camping, hiking, fishing, and exercising. He moved his family to Salem in 2013 with the dreams of owning some land to let the kids run wild and a bunch of fruit trees to tend.
